If no one matches all five numbers plus the Powerball in tonight’s drawing the jackpot will continue to grow.

The Powerball jackpot is now the seventh largest in the games history. No one’s done that since a Florida man won a $291 million pot on March 2.
Powerball is in mega-jackpot territory again. Drawings are held at 7:59 p.m. every Wednesday and Saturday.
Powerball is played in 44 states including Oklahoma and Kansas. In January, three winning tickets were sold in Chino Hills, California; Munford, Tennessee; and Melbourne Beach, Florida.
Four players matched all five white numbers, which pays $1 million. But the odds of winning aren’t great. Alternately, they can choose to get the entire amount in installments spread out over 30 years.

Anyone who wins the the latest drawing would have the option to take a one-time payment of $269.7 million.
