Police left confused after some unknown prankster installed a toilet and a sink on a bus stop.

According to the report, some prankster in Surrey village installed the toilet and the sink on the bus stop and taken the ‘public convenience’ at a new level.
But when a member of public spotted the ‘unusual setup’ – called the council and informed.
Officer from the council later explained “I received a phone call just before midday and the grounds man said ‘you will never guess what I have found”.
However, the council members were confused – whether the installation was good or bad and in this they were planning to take peoples vote.
