Samsung is confident that iPhone owners will love the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge – so confident that the company is letting them try the new phones out for just a dollar.

Then there are a bunch of other variants we won’t even mention because it’s unclear if Samsung will continue to produce phones under those names.

“I heard you! You want to preorder and get your new Samsung devices pronto”.

The device runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box with the company’s new TouchWiz UI on top.

Samsung has announced only the 32GB and 64GB models of the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus smartphones. The test kit comes with an activated SIM card linked to a voice and data plan hosted by the iPhone user’s existing carrier.

In the second quarter of this year, Samsung’s market share stood at 21.9 percent, down from 26.2 percent during the same period last year, according to Gartner.

The promotion for Samsung’s “Ultimate Test Drive” is only accessible to iPhone users.

Once your 30 day test is up, you simply send the handset back to Samsung using the included shipping label.

Among these new applications are included the capability for users to use YouTube’s live streaming feature, which allows producers to directly stream content on the go.

Those who are enrolling for the offer have a choice to opt for one Galaxy handset from the three available – the Galaxy S6 Edge, Edge+, and the Galaxy Note 5. The only catch: You have to enroll in the program from your iPhone, meaning that loyal Samsung customers are out of luck.

This past April, Samsung reclaimed the top spot from Apple for volume of phones sold, but its stock price has dropped significantly because of slow Galaxy S6 sales. Samsung has been seeing steady declines throughout the world as Apple continues to draw increasing number of fans to the iPhone 6.
