Premier League clubs increase spending on agents fees
Clubs have been obligated to reveal the amount they spent on representatives during this period – which includes two transfer windows – since 2008, with the 2015/16 results confirming a rise.

The Anfield club spent £14,301,464 this year – down slightly from last year – while Premier League new boys Watford spent the least with a bill of just £1,620,229.
Liverpool shelled out the most in agents’ fees of any Premier League club during the past 12 months despite enduring a torrid time on the pitch which culminated in the sacking of manager Brendan Rodgers.
Cherries also stumped up transfer fees on Joshua King (£1m from Blackburn), Glenn Murray (£4m from Crystal Palace) and Lee Tomlin (£3m from Middlesbrough).
