Premier League Spurs enter Sissoko offer
It appears unlikely that Tottenham will choose to offer a fee approaching Newcastle’s asking price but Didier Deschamps has given Sissoko permission to depart the squad’s training camp in order to “finalise his transfer”.

Various national media outlets are claiming the White Hart Lane club have offered in the region of £16m for the French worldwide.
The French midfielder was arguably one of the players of the tournament in the European Championships with France, and has been desperate to leave St James Park, following their relegation to the Championship last season.
And they have opted to move for Sissoko, who was superb for France as they reached the Euro 2016 final, where they lost to Portugal.
Spurs are expected to complete the signings of winger Georges-Kevin N’Koudou and young goalkeeper Pau Lopez on Deadline Day, but they have also been considering attacking-midfield players after missing out on Wilfried Zaha.
Sissoko is keen to leave the Toon and has spoken openly about wanting to play in the Champions League.
He said: “I gave everything there for three-and-a-half years”.

Responding to questions earlier this summer about his future, Sissoko told Le Figaro that: “My priority is to stay in England, although I am not against seeking a new challenge elsewhere”.
