There was never a turning point when the Redskins wrested the momentum away.

That reception gave him 100 total yards from scrimmage.
We all remember how Elliott rocked the crop top on draft day before being the Cowboys fourth-overall pick.

On the following play, Elliott leaked out the backfield uncovered after a linebacker blitz and gained another 19 yards through the air. “I know it was pretty painful for him”, Redskins tight end Vernon Davis said. In the Cowboys’ only loss of the season, Prescott completed only six of 17 fourth-quarter passes against the Giants. The offensive line, as it has all season, pushed aside defensive linemen to pave rushing lanes for running back Ezekiel Elliott, who rushed for 43 yards on four attempts in the series, including a 4-yard touchdown.
The football team from Dallas was 9-1 entering Thanksgiving and it was a real-deal record – they weren’t paper champions like, say, the Raiders appear to be. We just have to get better.
It wasn’t enough to get the win, but at least it made things exciting. That set up a second onsides kick attempt, which went out of bounds when a diving Washington player pushed it there, giving Dallas the ball at the Washington 42 – and with Zeke and Dak. We have to make sure everyone’s mind is right, including mine.
There were just a lot of variables that made this divisional matchup a tough one. We’ve seen the Cowboys in this role before, a defense trying to hold a lead late in the game. They aren’t giving them up.
