President Obama Expresses Confidence That Democrats Will Keep The White House
Secretary Carter broke with President Obama and declared ISIS and other radical Islamic terrorist groups are in fact the larger threat.

In those same remarks, Obama said of the Republicans: “Right now, I’m going to try to stay out of the campaign season … partly because I can’t keep track of all the candidates …” While Republicans squabble among themselves, Democrats are unified and working towards the common goals of keeping the White House and taking back the Congress. There is a lack of complacency among Democrats, and President Obama’s strong political leadership in the fourth quarter of his presidency is on one of the main reasons why Democrats are ready for 2016. They want to stand there and say, ‘we agree, Mr. President’.
“I’m anticipating a Democrat succeeding me”, he said with a smile.
Tell that to Republicans, who have consistently fought Obama’s environmental agenda since 2009 and count climate skeptics in key congressional posts – including Senate Environment and Public Works Chairman Jim Inhofe and House Science Committee Chairman Lamar Smith.
It’s at the point where it’s not just 99.5 percent of scientists who say it’s serious, he said, but also 99 percent of world leaders.
Last summer, after the conclusion of his long-awaited deal to supposedly limit Iran’s nuclear ability in exchange for sanctions relief, Obama infuriated Congress by submitting the text to the United Nations Security Council for ratification before the House or Senate had a chance to weigh in.
“I think it’s one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen, or perhaps most naïve”, Trump said. “I’m confident in the wisdom of the America people on that front”.
“I’m sure there will be moments over the next two weeks where progress seems stymied and everyone rushes to write that we are doomed”, he said.
“I think the issue is just going to be the pace and how much damage is done before we are able to fully apply the brakes”.

The latest polls lend some credence to Obama’s prediction.
