He said Washington is focused on finishing trade deals with Asia-Pacific governments and the EU.
Xi made the remarks when meeting with British Prime Minister Theresa May on the sidelines of the G20 summit in the eastern city of Hangzhou.

Meanwhile, Peskov also ruled out a trilateral meeting between Al Assad, Putin and Turkish President Recep Teyyep Erdogan.
