President Obama walks thin line between Dallas shooting and Black Lives Matter
Dr. Kevin McGruder, an American-History assistant-professor at Antioch College said some may interpret the phrase as Black Lives Matter more than other lives, but he said the point of Black Lives Matter isn’t to suggest that.

The Black Lives Matter campaign has been gathering momentum as the issue of police shootings of black men has been put under a spotlight – in part because numerous shootings have been caught on camera and uploaded to social media.
Now we live in a world where everyone has to face the reality that’s existed for different communities for decades. “If they’re wrong, we’ll deal with them in court but your life matters, your life matters to God”, he said. “They are dividing American”, Trump continued, pointing out their negative rhetoric towards the police.
Crowds gathered outside the National Museum Cardiff in a show for the solidarity for the Black Lives Matter movement. “There are certain people where unfortunately that comes into play”, he said, adding that more training could address some problems. The “Black Lives Matter” movement does not claim that other races matters less, but instead that people of color are being subjected to unfair brutality that deserves immediate attention. “What have you not heard me say?”
Also on the list were Mica Grimm, with Black Lives Matter Minnesota, and DeRay Mckesson, who was arrested on Saturday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on a charge of obstructing a highway. You know, there’s a lot of violence going against them.
But since joining in that first prayer they now want to take the showing of unity a step further.
Asked if he he believed police treated blacks differently, Mr. Trump said: “It could be”.
His group also wants criminal charges filed in the case of Officer James Burns, an Atlanta Police Officer who’s been fired for fatally shooting 22-year-old Caine Rogers last month in Midtown.
Organisers said the event would be in support of the #BlackLivesMatter campaign which started in America.
“Look, we can dissent without demonizing and I think we’ve demonized our police for too long and we have to stop that”.
Stay on topic – This helps keep the thread focused on the discussion at hand.
