Presidential campaigns swing through New Mexico

An attorney for Donald Trump said Tuesday that money raised for veterans has been “distributed to worthy causes” as he defended the campaign from reports it was unable to account for all the funds promised to charities.

Some protesters were removed from the auditorium and the crowd responded with cheers, chants of “USA” and boos targeted at those who were disrupting the rally.

However, in selecting a trio of staunch social conservatives and top-ranking members in the House and Senate, the RNC appears to be making good on a promise Trump made in private meetings that he would not engage in a platform fight with social conservatives.
