Authorities in North Carolina were stepping up security Tuesday ahead of Donald Trump rallies in Wilmington and Fayetteville.

Trump is scheduled to appear at rallies in Wilmington and Fayetteville, according to his campaign staff.

The rally will be Trump’s second at the Fayetteville venue, which seats 4,500 people.

“North Carolina is a state that’s faced some setbacks from manufacturing”. The lawyer for the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, Ronnie Mitchell, told the Fayetteville Observer deputies were “very well-prepared” and had “the appropriate plan and training and experience in place”. “They’re suffering, they’re suffering. We’re going to get them this much needed relief”.

As of Monday afternoon, tickets for Trump’s event are no longer available.

“He’s brought in so many new voters to our party”, Susan Mills, Chairman of Cumberland County GOP said.

“We are extremely excited to have Mr. Trump coming to visit us”.

Tuesday’s rally is free, but attendees must register in advance by visiting donaldjtrump.com/schedule.
