Hanna appreciates her fiance’s gesture. Aria and Spencer discovered in Charlotte’s secret room the torture game that she utilized against them in the dollhouse. The girls conclude that this is how Sara managed to sneak around without being seen. The girls also learn that there is more than one person after them. Spencer’s mom is sick. Caleb guesses the opposition will leak the information to prove Mrs. Hastings isn’t fit to hold office.

Ali informed the ladies that the murder weapon was not a golf club, and The Two Crows restaurant emerged as a pivotal clue. Her mom is woken up by a phone call. Is Dr. Rollins up to something? Liam reads the second chapter of Ezra’s book and figures out that Ezra didn’t write it – Aria did. In the flashback, Hanna remembered fighting at a bar: Caleb had made a dig at her for acting like her bosses before accusing of Hanna of becoming just like all the designers she worked for at the time. In addition, Jordan is gone. With Ezra back in Rosewood, Aria must tell him the truth about her involvement with his book. Basically, Caleb would’ve rather stayed outside to feed a stray cat rather than be inside during Hanna’s big fashion party. The girls think that whoever is responsible for harassing them is doing so, because the PLLs led them to believe they wanted Charlotte dead.
Hanna races home after learning of everything that’s happened, but the shenanigans in Rosewood are weighing down on her relationship with Jordan (David Coussins). She said that she was a long time ago, but Caleb points out that the latest medical record is dated 8 months ago.
Hanna and Jordan fight. We have not seen Ezra since the Liars accused him of murdering Charlotte, and then he disappeared.
Aria and Liam proofread Ezra’s work at her house together.
A few years passed, and Caleb ended up with Spencer. He refuses to delete the files when she asks him to. Caleb says Mrs. Hastings has to tell the public before her opponent does, much to Spencer’s dismay. And, she is exhausted of keeping it a secret, since it is so unethical.
Hanna commiserates with ex, Caleb over drinks.
At The Brew, Lieutenant Tanner approaches Emily.
The final moments saw our new enemy tiding up things utilized by Charlotte in her secret lair. That was a next-level insane thing to say, and I love her for it.
Ali meets up with Elliott and lets him know that she told Spencer about their relationship. Emily is upset, the nurse excuses herself to make some more calls and break the news to their patients.
Aria and Hanna go sleuthing at the Radley and find Emily. Ever the moral compass, Caleb thinks Veronica needs to get ahead of the story and just put it out there herself. When Veronica gets off the phone, Spencer tells her that she’s anxious about her. Veronica doesn’t open up about her health, but tells her that it’s going to be okay. This is nowhere near the level of secrecy that Aria and Ezra (Ian Harding) faced. She confesses everything to Caleb, who warns her that Mona could be back to her old ways.
Spencer and the girls started speculating that Melissa might have something to do with Charlotte’s murder, but there were also hints that Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) could be the suspect.
