I think he’s a different person and I think that question is exactly the question for the character is, ‘Can he do this? “It’s just an exciting character moment and insight into her”. Remember her random hotel hook-up, which I definitely thought was her attempt to steal some guy’s DNA? If you missed it, we have a full and detailed recap right here for you. “I could be more unhinged with the darker side of Annalise, which is the most fun part of the show for me to write”. Meanwhile, Annalise continues to fight the case of the siblings.

“A lot of decisions were made throughout the course of the season sort of leading down that path”, said Weber. “Does he spy on Annalise and betray Bonnie [Liza Weil] or does he go full fledge into Team Keating?” Annalise asks Frank if he is spying on each member of the Keating Five or he just wants to pin the murder on Wes. What we’re going to find out is he has some secrets of his own, and he is in a very tough position for much of the season so far, and that might involve his family.
