The Kensington Palace released photos of the beau on his special day via its Twitter page.
Prince George celebrated his third birthday on Friday, and he is one lucky little royal.
Matt Porteus, a professional photographer who took the photos, opened up about the photoshoot, saying: “I really enjoyed the opportunity to take these photographs of Prince George”.
According to animal experts, dogs are allergic to dairy products, and chocolate is highly toxic to canines, facts a leading animal rights group was quick to point out. This could lead to serious repercussions to the health of the animal if fed with such food, Fox 32 reported.
The royal couple were dressed in matching shirts from Ben Ainslie’s Olympic Champion’s team, which were printed with official titles on they back, as well as matching dark jeans.
Prince George feeds ice cream to the family dog Lupo, in a photograph released to celebrate his third birthday on July 22.
In the picture, Lupo can’t be seen eating any of the ice-cream and looks healthy and happy and there have been no reports of him falling ill.

RSPCA encourages children to make an ice treat made from pet-friendly ingredients as an alternative to ice cream. While dog-safe ice cream and desserts exist, it is unclear whether the kind Prince George is holding qualifies as safe and healthy for dogs.
