One of the most intriguing features revealed for the upcoming “NBA 2K16” was the game’s Pro-Am mode. While game covers will be distributed at random, each game box includes a foldable insert with all 3 individual cover athletes, ensuring the ability to insert the cover of their choice into the front of box. The new mode is being seen as extension of the MyPlayer mode that had become a staple of “NBA 2K” games in the past. 2K Sports boasts that there is “no waiting” as “games start immediately”.

Players who are interested in creating their own branding for their all-star team will be pleased to know that Pro-Am comes with a whole suite of customization options that let players create their own home courts, logos, and jerseys. This was when you could take your player and hook up with another crew and battle it out on the playground.

2K Pro-Am mode will feature four courts ready to be used, meaning up to 40 players can participate at the same time.

2K Pro-Am mode is being viewed as the replacement for the Jordan Rec Center that was part of “NBA 2K15“, according to Polygon.

Games on the Pro-Am mode follow full National Basketball Association rules.
