Manafort said that Trump’s dropping poll numbers “were expected” and that he expected the numbers to even out soon.

Trump called his Democratic opponent “a unsafe liar”, “an unbalanced person”, “pretty close to unhinged”, “totally unfit to lead” and lacking “the judgment, temperament and moral character to lead the country”.

Trump tweeted Friday that “The plane I saw on television was the hostage plane in Geneva, Switzerland, not the plane carrying $400 million in cash going to Iran!”

The text makes clear that its protections apply to “all persons born or naturalized” in the US; persons “subject to the jurisdiction thereof”; and persons “within its jurisdiction”.
