PS4 3.50 System Software Update Includes PC/Mac Remote Play
Moving on, the PS4 update 3.50 is bringing remote play to PC and Mac although you don’t get to test it in the beta phase.

Console gaming is a business worth tens of billions of dollars, and Sony is on top of that with almost 40 million PS4s sold.
Shuhei Yoshida, president of Sony Worldwide Studios, had previously said PC and Mac remote play would arrive at some point.
There’s no clear release date for the new firmware coming to the general public. The good news is that PS4 Firmware 3.50 beta will go live on March 2 (i.e tomorrow, we will let you know exactly when it goes live in our new post), and some of the new features that will be available for testing are: “Friend Online Notification, Appear Online” and many others.
And, perhaps to counter this, you’ll be able to appear offline to your PSN friends. The system will pop through a notification if a friend logs on while you happen to be logged on yourself.
Sony will also bring user scheduled events to PS4 to make it easier to organise future game meet-ups, the ability to check your storage via PlayStation Plus, and will bring Dailymotion to its Share feature. Once you’re in a party, you’ll be able to see what each member is playing in order to smooth out the process of joining a friend’s game.
Sony’s decision to officially support streaming to the PS4 gives Mac users a reason to pick the console over the Xbox One, which lacks such compatibility.
“Like other live streaming services available on PS4, users will enjoy the following features: Activity Feed, What’s New Broadcast Info Tile, Live Detail and Live from PlayStation”, the blog explains.

Finally, PS4 will allow you to stream live gameplay to Dailymotion.
