Transfer data – You can now easily transfer all data on your console to a new one (Say a PS4 Pro) using a LAN cable quickly and easily. Furthermore, lots of Fallout fans that own PS4 were eagerly waiting for the mods and they were disappointed.

Update 4.00 codenamed “Shingen” has brought news additions and visuals changes to the PlayStation 4 interface.

The following games are some that are already released, but are expected to be forward-compatible with the Pro: Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, The Last of Us: Remastered, The Witness and The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited.

The quick menu is getting an update too, making it customisable and easier to access, so you can again tweak how you move around your game library and give yourself quick access to some of your favourite or most played titles.

Apart from the PS4 Pro, Sony announced its slimmer and lighter PS4. Again, every game that comes out for the Pro will also work on the regular PS4.

Meanwhile, although the PS4 Pro may focus on its graphics specs, there are still some features missing on the Sony console, like Ultra HD Blu-Ray support. In a recent interview, House believes that PS4 Pro will play a role in keeping the gamers from the PC, and that providing them with the highest performance quality will make them within the console ecosystem.

Gamers can now get Microsoft’s Xbox One S, while Sony’s PS4 Pro releases on November 10. The update also allows for streaming in 1080p, on YouTube, Twitch, and for remote play. The new Sony console upgrade will have a sharper resolution, improved frame rates, enhanced textures, and a new feature – virtual reality support. This will transfer downloaded games, player info, game saves, etc. After applying the update, you’ll find that the What’s New section sports a fresh new look that now includes more information about what your friends have been up to on their PS4s.
