PTI should learn to accept defeat, avoid confrontation: Nisar
Nisar went on to say that the National Database Regulatory Authority (NADRA) is time and again made a scapegoat and erroneously blamed to justify politically motivated actions.

The minister further said that on the behest of PTI, the Judicial Commission (JC) was formed, the army was deployed in the constituencies where by-elections were being held, and CCTV cameras were also installed.
He advised PTI Chief Imran Khan to stay away from politics of confrontation, adding it was not in favour of Pakistan.
The interior minister said the PTI allegations were politically motivated and were being leveled to achieve political goals.
Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan urged PTI leadership to follow democratic norms instead of indulging in petty politics as several external and internal elements want Pakistan to remain engaged in non-issues.
The minister clarified that Nadra was not authorised to make changes in the voters list and it was only the ECP jurisdiction to do so.
He said even the ECP can only do so once a request is filed by the voter. Nisar said that the voter lists for NA-122 were frozen August 26 onwards, hence there was no possibility of any change after that.
The minister for interior on Wednesday said that he had direct contacts with the General Headquarters (GHQ) and did not need the Ministry of Defence in this regard.
The minister added that developments in the case are expected soon.
Answering another question, Ch. Nisar said during Prime Minister’s visit to United States a heavy agenda is expected to be discussed.

Talking to the Chinese Ambassador who called on him here at the Punjab House, the interior minister said that those who were opposing the CPEC couldn’t see this region and especially Pakistan marching towards a new era of socio-economic prosperity.
