President Vladimir Putin says Russian Federation and the United States could be close to reaching an agreement on Syria despite differences about how best to resolve the conflict, Bloomberg news agency reported on Friday. He called the accusations against Russian Federation by USA officials and politicians an attempt to “distract the public’s attention”.
The DNC was hacked prior to WikiLeaks’ release of emails sent by DNC staffers suggesting some in the party actively sought to promote Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign over her rivals.
Beyond bemoaning the candidates’ use of Russian Federation in their attacks, Putin didn’t spell out what campaign tactics in the US he found distasteful. “I don’t think they are setting the best example”.
“We don’t trade in territories, although the problem of a peace treaty with Japan is a key one”, he said, noting that Moscow was keen to work with Tokyo to resolve the problem.
MOSCOW-Russian President Vladimir Putin called on oil-producing countries to cap production levels at a meeting later this month, saying “it was the right decision for world energy”.
Trenton Bricken, another student at the meeting, said of Putin, “He was small in person but not in presence”.
“We are now sensing the readiness of our Japanese partners to discuss issues tied to joint business activities on the islands”, Lavrov said, adding that the countries were also mulling humanitarian cooperation. The important thing is the content given to public.
“Listen, does it even matter who hacked this data?” he said.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev infuriated Tokyo past year when he visited the islands, which are home to some 19,000 Russians.
“Politics affects economy, obviously, but if we bring into it our quarrels or even serious issues related to world politics, we would oversaturate the G20 agenda and instead of talking finances and structural changes of the economy and taxes we would just argue about Syria and other world problems”, he said.
“Putin told reporters, “[to influence the American elections] you need to have a finger on the pulse and get the specifics of domestic political life of the U.S.
Trump himself made headlines after the DNC hack by asking for Russian Federation to hack Hillary Clinton, remarks that he called a joke but others said showed treasonous intentions.
