Putin says Russian Federation wants to restore ties with Britain
Ankara has often called for a safe-zone inside Syria, backed up with a no-fly zone, as it is now hosting more than 2.5 million refugees who fled the over five-year civil war.

Mr. Obama called the discussion on Syria “productive” about what a real cessation of hostilities would actually look like. But Obama “suggested the US has concerns about Russian Federation holding up its end of the bargain and enforcing the terms”, the wire service writes.
The deal depends on the two sides agreeing to closer military co-ordination against extremist groups operating in Syria, something the Russians have long sought and the U.S. resisted.
“The first phase of the plan has been achieved”. The officials requested anonymity to describe private diplomatic arrangements.
British relations with Russian Federation have soured in recent years, notably over Britain s efforts to prosecute the case of Kremlin critic and former spy Alexander Litvinenko, who was murdered by radiation poisoning in London in 2006.
Meanwhile, the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army reportedly captured 10 villages in northern Syria from Isis.
Downing Street has said it is in London’s interest to cooperate with Russian Federation, especially on security issues, TASS reported.
Obama’s meeting with Putin came as the Russian leader is playing a prominent role in the presidential campaign at home.
A second senior Turkish official acknowledged both Washington and Russian Federation “had their hesitations” but that a “de facto safe zone” had now become a reality on the ground and that their support, particularly in establishing a no-fly zone, was crucial. “They have contradicting strategic interests about the end goal in Syria”, he said.
Turkey says both Islamic State and the YPG are terrorist organizations.
“Many of the groups considered acceptable by the USA have actually affiliated with the Nusra Front, while the Nusra Front is using them to avoid being attacked”, Ryabkov told Russian media, citing a longstanding complaint of his government.
Critics say the rush to blame Russian Federation for the DNC email hack is premature and that the DNC may have other motives in pointing the finger at the Kremlin. “This can be done with coalition forces”, he added in televised comments.
“We know there are de facto YPG factions still there”.

Red carpet fracas A squabble over a mobile stairway caused President Barack Obama to disembark from the belly of Air Force One on a small flight of metal stairs, and not onto the red carpet normally provided to world leaders.
