Q2 Weather: Trending cooler most of this week

Tuesday Night Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40. Northwest wind 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Thursday: Mostly sunny in the morning, becoming partly cloudy.

The last of the showers will pass through Wednesday night giving us a break until Friday night. Winds will be gusty from the southwest. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. Skies will be cloudy with a high near 65 degrees.

Today’s forecast calls for cloudy skies with a high of 50 and a 40 percent chance of showers.

Thursday: A chance of rain. The next chance of rain comes on Wednesday.

Mostly cloudy and mild with a 50% chance for scattered showers or thunderstorms. Tuesday night a cold front will move through the area, keeping the chances of thunderstorms around. Showers and thunderstorms are possible, but the bulk of the showers and thunderstorms should remain along and west of the Mississippi River.

Wednesday Night: Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots.

Our weather looks more unsettled Friday into the weekend.

Sunday…Sunny…Breezy. Highs in the mid 70s. Highs will rise into the 60s and possibly the 70s by the middle of the work week. In between raindrops, temperatures should top over the 60 degree mark for daytime highs. Cloudy with a low around 51.

The winds are expected to strengthen late Sunday morning and afternoon, with the strongest winds through late Sunday night.
