Quake Champions is a competitive arena-style FPS for PC. Champions will be “fast” and have fantastic graphics running at “120hz with unlocked framerates”. Plus, the news that it’s being built to take advantage of modern PC hardware was welcome news. A release date for Quake Champions wasn’t announced. The developers claim it is a first for MMOs.
As far as Bethesda’s concerned, Quake’s legacy isn’t over quite yet.
