Quantum Break Steam release delayed by two weeks
The irony of delaying a game that’s all about manipulating time is hopefully not lost on Remedy, who have pushed the retail and Steam release of Quantum Break back 15 days, from September 14 to September 29.

The setback appears to stem from a delay in production of the game’s “Timeless Collector’s Edition”, a physical PC edition that includes the game plus a Making of Blu-ray, book, soundtrack CD and a pair of posters. The CE version will be releasing at the same time on 29 September. Whether the Steam version will fare any better we will have to wait and see – although as this delay seems to only affect the retail special edition it is presumable to believe everything is fine behind the scenes.
This version of Quantum Break uses DirectX 11 and can therefore run on operating systems other than Windows 10.
As previously detailed, these versions of Quantum Break will include “all of the latest updates” and will sell for $40/£40.

If you missed the earlier news, Quantum Break also received a price cut, coming down from $59.99 to $39.99, which means a drop from Rs. 4,500 to Rs. 2,552 here in India on the Windows Store. If you haven’t yet played it for Windows 7/8, will you buy it on September 29th?
