Police stopped Manziel’s vehicle and the two admitted that they had been drinking earlier in the day.

The newsnet5.com story, citing the police report, said a witness called police after Manziel’s white Nissan used the shoulder to pass her at a high speed. According to the official police report, Manziel was spotted driving erratically on Interstate 90 before pulling over into a nearby neighborhood.
Per Pagonakis, the police report noted Crowley told officers Manziel “pushed her head into a window” and that she “wanted her cellphone because she was concerned about her safety”. There was no evidence of bodily harm on Crowley, except for a wrist abrasion that resulted from Manziel trying to stop her from getting out of the vehicle.
Manziel tweeted about the incident, calling it a “dumb public argument” that “was embarrassing but not serious”. When police pulled them over, Manziel admitted they’d been drinking earlier in the day. The two apparantly were suppose to see a movie together but when Manziel made a decision to go pick up a friend, he claims Crowley became upset and threw his wallet out the window.
Pictures of Manziel and Crowley together began popping up around 2014, and they have been together ever since.
Earlier this year, Johnny checked into rehab for an unspecified treatment. Crowley saying J and I are good.
Prior to the 2015 National Football League season, Manziel had a lengthy stay in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. “Those conversations will remain private and we will refrain from further comment at this time”, the statement said. Crowley said she had three “Crown and Cokes” and it was the opinion of the police officers that she was intoxicated.
It was a pretty good week for the Cleveland Browns coming off their overtime win in Baltimore against the division rival Ravens.

A team spokesman said Manziel’s status for the Browns’ home game Sunday against Denver has not changed.
