Queen Holds Royal Celebration for 90th Birthday
LONDON-Queen Elizabeth II and her family marked her official 90th birthday Saturday with a parade, a colourful military ceremony and an appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony.

Princess Charlotte made her first appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, carried by the Duchess of Cambridge, as the royals watched the traditional flypast by the RAF.
The Trooping the Colour parade at the royal palace, which featured almost 1,500 uniformed officers and their men along with over 300 horses, also generated quite the buzz thanks to the queen’s vivid green outfit.

LONDON (AP) Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday celebrations are ending with a massive street party on the road leading to Buckingham Palace, culminating a weekend of official events in Britain marking her 90th birthday.
The not-for-profit picnic event brought to an end several days of celebrations to mark the queen’s official 90th birthday, which began on Friday with a special service at St Paul’s Cathedral in London.
The man fainted and fell facedown during the Trooping the Colour ceremony at Royal Horse Guards in London and was quickly taken away in a stretcher.
In honour of the royal birthday pubs will be able to stay open for an extra two hours on Saturday night.

Later, the royal family spent 30 minutes greeting members of the public.
