Quique Sanchez Flores looking forward to reunion with old boss Guus Hiddink
The reigning Premier League champions are in a rush to rescue their campaign, and Hiddink has wasted little time in highlighting Hazard and his ego as critical factors to ensuring that turnaround is realised.

John Barnes is backing Chelsea to win their first game under Guus Hiddink by beating Watford at Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day.
In this intriguing season so far, the two teams are not where they initially expected to be as Watford is now in the top half of the table, while Chelsea are busy trying to battle off the relegation zone despite still being regarded as one of the better teams in the league.
“I worked with him five or six years ago and I was delighted to have such a professional in the squad”, the Dutchman said.
“The official process I don’t know but I spoke openly from the bottom of my heart that huge impact players can be key for the club”.
Explaining what he told the Chelsea players when he took the first full training session of his second spell as interim manager this week, Hiddink said: “Generally, I set targets”. I thought I’d performed OK so I ripped off my armband and threw it at him: ‘You make a new captain.’ It was also an emotional reaction born of frustration.
Hiddink has stepped into a caretaker breach until the end of the season, reprising the role he filled in 2009 when steering Chelsea to FA Cup glory.
“If you see how they play: very disciplined, very strong strike partnership, Odion Ighalo and Troy Deeney, who have shown their strength frequently”.
“When you are in this cycle of not getting good results, then luck doesn’t come to you either”.
The Canadian team said it was working to get Drogba back for the next season but the situation was out of its control.
“Mathematically, fourth is possible”.
“This league is a very intense league”.
Mourinho had given up on a top-four Premier League finish in the wake of the 2-1 league defeat at Leicester that proved his last match at the Blues’ helm.
“It means that all the teams can kill each other”.
“Normally you might analyse the three games before, but when they change [manager] it’s not valid what you analyse under one coach. Any team can kill another team”.
‘”They are here at a big club”.

Guus Hiddink has confirmed he is open to Drogba, 37, returning to Chelsea as an assistant with the possibility he could also be utilised as an impact player from the bench also being discussed.
