According to a report in Times of India, immigration rules in India state that any Pakistani national wanting to enter India can only do so through select cities. However, immigration officials refused entry to him and asked return back to Abu Dhabi.
If Blooms e-visa was rejected by the officials, Rahat was barred entry due to a technical flaw. Therefore, it is necessary to use the four enlisted ports for the objective of entering into India. “This system has been put in place to monitor the movement of Pakistani nationals in and out of the country”. “There was a technical issue with his documentation and he was deported to Abu Dhabi on the same flight”, an immigration official told TOI. Organisers of the event, Lakshya Events & Talent Management Pvt Ltd, confirmed that he did not perform in the city on Thursday.
At Taj Faluknma Palace, the Sufi music event was organised to promote harmony through Hyderabad’s heritage and culture.
