Raid on doctor’s office after possible fetuses found in auto – Was he
On top of the scandal of Planned Parenthood selling the body parts of aborted babies-and now this! After his auto was impounded when police began the investigation into the accident, officers obtained a search warrant to obtain the “black box” data recorder from the vehicle and discovered the human tissue in containers and medical equipment during the search.

The doctor had not been charged as of late Wednesday morning and wasn’t in custody, according to Lawson.
This investigation started two weeks ago after he was accused of hitting a special needs child.
Police in West Bloomfield, Michigan have found a large quantity of what appears to be fetal tissue in the back of a auto, possibly resulting from an area doctor performing illegal abortions. When investigators opened the trunk they found plastic containers and medical equipment.
West Bloomfield police tell the Free Press the Oakland County Medical Examiner is analyzing the human tissue police recovered.
Anonymous sources told 7 Action News there were no medical records in the auto.
Roth was also the subject of state investigations into his practice in 2004 and 2012. He agreed to pay $200,000 for botching an abortion, and another in which the Michigan Board of Medicine fined him $2,000 for violating public health code in two abortions and for perforating a woman’s uterus. Michigan Right to Life told Life News that Roth was guilty of performing in-home abortions in 1998 and 1999.
The pro-life group released a report in 2012 called “Abortion Abuses and State Regulatory Agency Failure”, which revealed several of Roth’s violations. In addition to his at-home abortions, Roth was disciplined in 2002 for drug-related violations, including prescribing drugs without a license.
A Fox reporter encountered Roth as he left the West Bloomfield Police Department on Tuesday and asked. “They believe it’s the products of conception”, Lawson said.
“Just go away”, Roth responded, while attempting to shield his face with a jacket.
