The Raiders remain committed to finding a way to play in Oakland for the 2019 season despite word that the agency that oversees their Bay Area stadium will not extend the team’s lease.

The leader of the Coliseum authority board said it loses money on Raiders games and he has no interest in having the Las Vegas-bound team play in Oakland beyond the 2018 season. By the time the Raiders move into their new Vegas pad, the Golden Knights will have three seasons in the books.
