Players will be granted access in waves, daily, to allow testing of server stability. You’ll be able to play as 14 characters, on three maps playable across all three modes-one is named Hereford, really confusingly for people from the West Midlands. “We will still be following your feedback closely to look at ways we can tweak and improve the game, an effort that will continue even once the game is out”.

The post adds: “You have about a 60% chance to start a match successfully”. If you want to figure out how you can get access to the closed beta, head here.

“The main objective of the closed beta is to test the online infrastructure & matchmaking with the largest number of players we’ve had in the game to date”, explained Chase Straight, Community Developer on Rainbow Six Siege on Ubisoft’s blog. Will any of you be hopping on to the Rainbow Six: Siege beta this week?
