The publisher came out quickly to address the issue, claiming, “We are confident the game will work [on day one] as intended since the known issue will be fixed soon”.

With the beta for Rainbow Six Siege coming to an end and the retail product set to launch tomorrow, some fans have expressed concern over the practice of team killing by certain players who only wish to troll their teammates.
Ubisoft has big plans for Rainbow Six Siege, as Yves Guillemot, CEO of Ubisoft, said, “Over its lifetime, we believe Rainbow Six: Siege has the potential to become the highest-selling shooter in Ubisoft’s history” according to a Gamespot report.
Yet there’s still a lot of merit and appeal to what Rainbow Six Siege has turned out to be.

Just don’t expect much of a single-player experience – much like the recently released Star Wars Battlefront, this is strictly a multiplayer affair. The objectives vary by gametype – sometimes there’s a bomb to defuse, other times a hostage to rescue – but the core gameplay flow remains the same.
In order to fix this issue you will need to move the game files to another folder, delete the local content in your Steam folder and then move the game files that you copied back.
In the attacking team, the options are just as rich – there’s a neat verticality thanks to your ability to rappel down all walls, plus it’s hard to tire of pulling off a headshot when hanging upside down. “We’ve identified the root issue that was introduced after the Technical Test while fixing a separate aspect of the game”.
A few minor glitches before the open beta was released but “Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege” went live early this week. There’s no doubt, though, that it’s limited in scope. After that, the bonus Situation 11 that unlocks after you complete the other 10 actually backfires as a pleasant surprise.

What the trailer does well is show how important teamwork is when taking on the enemy, and this is the main focus of the game. How odd – and perhaps telling – that the brilliant Angela Bassett’s appearance is effectively limited to a pre-game intro that’s all too easily missable.
