Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film Rustom already seems to have a buzz around it, if one were to go by his Bollywood buddies and their enthusiasm. With just a day left for the release of Akshay Kumar’s Rustom, actor Rajinikanth wished Khiladi Kumar for the grand success of the film.
Rustom is based on the K M Nanavati case in the 1960s, and is the second fictitious adaptation of the case after Gulzar’s Achanak. Rustom has even been wished luck by a hallowed quarter – Rajinikanth, who posted a rare tweet addressed to Akshay. If the star power of the film by itself wasn’t enough, promotion by Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Sonakshi Sinha, Sonam Kapoor and others has only added on to the buzz surrounding Rustom.
Produced by Neeraj Pandey and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, the film stars Ileana D’cruz, Arjan Bajwa and Esha Gupta in pivotal roles, apart from Akshay himself.

All of that would ensure that the film sees good numbers coming for it when it releases this Friday.
