Rajnath slams separatists, says their behaviour not ‘Kashmiriyat’
Home Minister Rajnath Singh, after his two-day visit of an all-party delegation to Jammu and Kashmir, is reportedly expected to brief PM Narendra Modi about the situation.

The final decision on these issues, however, will be taken after the all-party delegation, which visited the troubled state, meets here tomorrow and consultations at the highest level of the government, sources said.
The delegation was in Srinagar on Sunday and had visited Jammu before returning to Delhi.
“There are no two ways about the fact that Jammu and Kashmir is a part of India, was a part of India and will be a part of India”, Singh said while spelling out the Centre’s stand. Commenting on the refusal of Hurriyat leaders to participate in the discussions, Singh said that they were “not on the path of Kashmiriyat”.
Responding to Mufti’s overture, National Conference leader Omar Abdullah tweeted that she should have released the detained Hurriyat leaders (Farooq, Malik and Geelani) if she was serious about the talks.
Rajnath Singh said the government had left its options open for talks with anyone within the ambit of “Kashmiriyat, jamhooriyat and insaniyat”. “I am fully confident that the situation in Jammu and Kashmir will improve”. We had neither said “no” nor “yes” to their meetings. “Kashmiri kahwa tou Dilli me bhi milta hai (Kashmiri kahwa is available in Delhi too)”, Raza said.
“Hindus of Kashmir will continue their struggle to achieve the Union Territory of Panun Kashmir north east of river Jhelum”, he said.
“The government of India’s policy and response towards the Kashmir situation is fine, and a solution would definitely come out”. There is no solution to the issue except talks with Pakistan and Kashmiris aimed at finding a solution as per aspirations of the Kashmiri people as reflected in the relevant United Nations resolutions.
“We met the political parties, civil society, university teachers, vice chancellors, fruit growers, students and some intellectuals”, he said.
“They never officially invited us (separatists) and at the same time (they) blame us for rejecting it”.

The statements added that India was scared of any meaningful dialogue with Hurriyet and Pakistan, as they had occupied this land illegally and forcefully by their military might using repeated lies and unabated surplus violence.
