Rams fans throw out jerseys in wake of team’s move
The leaders indicated they don’t plan to move off their offer of a $350 million public contribution toward a $1.1 billion stadium at the Qualcomm Stadium site.

Where will the games be?
Kroenke’s project was selected over a stadium plan that would have sent the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders to LA in a shared venue.
“Los Angeles was incredibly valuable”, said Frank Hawkins, the former senior vice president for business affairs for the NFL.
The Coliseum, however, isn’t exactly a brand new venue.
The Rams would be a financial windfall for USC, which wants to make $270 million in upgrades. A precondition to the lease agreement with the Coliseum required the Rams to have at least one African American player. The decision seemingly gives the city of San Diego time to work with the Chargers on a stadium deal in America’s Finest City. In response to the entire list of the logistics questions, Artis Twyman, the Rams’ senior director of communications, told CNN that the organization is still working through all of this.
Coliseum officials are expected to meet with the Rams in the next couple of weeks to prepare for the 2016 season. Neither are single-game tickets.
“Kinda sad, I am also kind of excited about the team moving to Los Angeles and getting a new start”. The Oakland Raiders, who were going to share the Carson stadium with the Chargers, formally withdrew their proposal.
Despite the Rams’ lack of recent success, St. Louis Board of Aldermen approved .1 billion worth of financing for a new riverfront stadium last week.
It’s unknown if the Rams will be selling personal seat licenses in Los Angeles. If the Chargers decline, the Raiders could move in on that deal.
It would appear the most likely choice is joining the Rams in Inglewood, either as a 50-50 equity partner or a tenant.
“I think a lot of jerseys are being burned, maybe with a little voodoo doll of Stan Kroenke, who knows”, says Wistrom.
Mayor Kevin Faulconer left a message for Chargers chairman Dean Spanos on Wednesday, inviting him back to the negotiating table. Whether the stadium will ultimately house two teams is yet to be determined.
The Chargers have made it clear to sources around the league that they are going to move to Los Angeles when the new stadium is built. To make things sweeter for the people of L.A., the San Diego Chargers now have the opportunity to pack up their things and make the 111 miles trek to Los Angeles as well.

Oakland are uncertain which city they will call home in 2016 after the failure of their bid, according to team owner Mark Davis.
