The Tigers are frantically looking to add to their squad before the transfer window slams shut on Wednesday evening and have been linked with a number of players, including Tottenham Hotspur’s Ryan Mason and Derby County’s Jeff Hendrick.

Having recovered as a teenager from the debilitating Osgood-Schlatter disease, Hendrick became a full Republic of Ireland worldwide following his debut against Poland in 2013.
Derby rejected that bid and two more from Burnley and the 24-year-old appeared set to stay.
Burnley boss Sean Dyche is a big admirer of Hendrick and feels the attacking midfielder will prove a valuable addition to his side in the Premier League.
It seems that Nigel Pearson will now allow Hendrick a chance of playing in the Premier League?
Hendrick, the Republic of Ireland global, impressed for his country at Euro 2016 and Sean Dyche has been in pursuit all summer, originally opening with a £3m offer.

Hendrick is now away on global duty but Ireland boss Martin O’Neill is happy to let the midfielder travel back to England for talks and a medical at Burnley.
