Rams QB Foles will start against Arizona

Fisher said the decision on Keenum this week against Arizona is whether he can serve as the backup to Foles.

Not exactly the results Rams’ owner Stan Kroenke was likely looking for when he made such a significant investment in Fisher.

Fisher says Bailey’s girlfriend texted Bailey signing his name on a piece of paper to teammates before Sunday’s loss at Cincinnati.

That means it’s up to Nick Foles to keep the Rams in the game against Arizona.

The Rams were 7-8-1 his first year, 7-9, his second and 6-10 last year.

Nick Foles will start at quarterback again this week for the St. Louis Rams while Case Keenum continues to recover from a concussion.

In a game on Sunday, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger removed himself from a close game against the Seattle Seahawks after telling team trainers about a hit to the head.

In an interview with Rams.com, Fisher said watched a video Wednesday of Bailey walking, a major development and great news for the St. Louis wideout who was shot in the head twice November 24. Baltimore Ravens defeated St. Louis Rams 16-13.

“I’ve been doing this for probably short of 20 years, and I’ve never gone into a game or into a season anxious about my job security, That would be unfair to the organization and unfair to the players”.

Reporters, searching for reasons for St. Louis’ rapid decline, apparently had the gall to ask Fisher whether the problem was an effort thing.

“I have played through many injuries but the brain is not an injury you want to play with”, Roethlisberger said Tuesday on Pittsburgh’s 93.7 The Fan. “Not for ourselves, not for Fish but go out here and do this for Sted and we didn’t get it done”, quipped defensive tackle, Michael Brockers. It’s time to move on from Jeff Fisher.
