Rand Paul, R-Kentucky isn’t blaming anyone for his slump in the polls, but he does think fellow contender and leader of the pack Donald Trump has been boosted by one source in particular. Paul joins “CBS This Morning” before he takes the stage in Cleveland.

“Why not mix it up on the ideas and issues of the day?” He said he’s not sure how the party would pay for it.
“I am not a member of the political class”, it said. “I think there needs to be a substantive debate”.
The group isn’t the first to slam Paul over his past comments about Iran. The ad suggests this could be your fate if you elect Paul to the presidency. Rand Paul is scheduled Friday to make a campaign visit to Spartanburg.
