Randy Moss doesn’t completely slam the door on a comeback
Berman also suggested that the league’s finding that Brady was generally aware that game balls were being deflated was too vague, noting that any reference to the January 18 game against the Colts was “conspicuously absent” in a report on an NFL investigation that the league used as a basis for the suspension. The former star wide receiver, who caught passes from Brady for many years, said he’s got Brady’s back, and admitted that the Deflategate saga affects Brady.

“One thing you all have to realize is that Tom is human”. I think I reached out to coach a couple months back, and just told him I was in the area and it would be nice.
“I’ve always tried to pride myself on being a professional and keeping myself ready”, said Slater, entering his eighth season with the Patriots. I told Tom, first and foremost, that I’m going to stand by him, regardless of what happens.
Moss, a West Virginia native, wore a Patriots T-shirt, hung out with Bill Belichick, Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski and even Jerry West during his stay.
“Bill’s a legend, Tom’s a legend, there’s all kinds of legends on the field, but my legend growing up was Jerry West. That was my first time ever meeting Jerry West, it was definitely an honor”, Moss said. Felt like a kid looking up at the National Basketball Association logo.
“I don’t call him to talk about anything negative. Just by seeing the love and just hearing the fans, [for] the state of West Virginia, I think this is a good thing that The Greenbrier is putting on”. “Now I finally got to meet somewhat of my childhood hero, so it was a special day for me”.
A reporter then informed Slater that he hasn’t simply been taking reps, but he’s been “awesome”, to which Slater smiled and replied, “I’m a special teams captain”.
If he’ll never play again: “I would say never, but aaahhhh… let’s leave it at that”. Paging the Panthers front office…
Moss, never one to mince words, offered his take on the Deflategate scandal.

As Darin Gantt of PFT noted earlier in the hour on PFT Live on NBC Sports Radio, Moss already has a home in Charlotte.
