Rangers sign Joe Dodoo from Leicester
The 21-year-old has been training with the newly-promoted Scottish Premiership outfit for the past week having left Leicester at the end of his contract earlier this summer.

Dodoo leaves Leicester after initially joining the academy back in 2008 and although he could have remained with the Premier League champions, the lure of playing for ‘Gers at Ibrox was too much to turn down.
Rangers comfortably despatched their League Two opponents last night, but Mark Warburton was even happier with the club’s achievements before a ball had been kicked.
Rangers have completed the signing of former Leicester City striker Joe Dodoo on a four-year deal.
“I was tempted to stay at Leicester and that was a possibility, but you have to make the right decision based on what is going on and I felt this was the right place for me to come right now”.
Warburton was also boosted by the news that goalkeeper Wes Foderingham and defender Rob Kiernan had agreed fresh one-year extensions ahead of the evening kick-off, as Martyn Waghorn and Barrie McKay got the goals.
Both men went on to play crucial roles for Warburton’s team in their maiden campaigns in Glasgow, helping Rangers reclaim their top-flight slot as well as lifting the Petrofac Training Cup.
Rangers will now be hoping they can enjoy the same sort of success that the Foxes managed last season. Getting the older players in like Joey Barton and Gilksy was fantastic.
The young forward became the club’s ninth summer capture after agreeing a four-year deal with the Ibrox men.

“This is a great place to be, and they want to be a part of it. They played a big role last season and they want to be a part of us pushing very hard”.
