Ranieri: Arsenal and Tottenham are title favourites
West Brom manager Tony Pulis says he will join “most of football” in hoping Leicester City win the Premier League title in May.

The league leaders struck back, however, with a fortuitous deflected shot from Danny Drinkwater and a brilliantly-executed first league goal of the season for Andy King on the stroke of halftime.
“I am more confident now than I was in the match against Norwich – then we didn’t create many chances but won that match but created very few”.
Claudio Ranieri’s Foxes stayed at the summit of the standings, two points ahead of Tottenham, while Alex Neil’s Canaries remained 17th where they are equal on points with 18th-placed Newcastle. “We created a lot of chances and were a little unlucky”.
The Italian told Sky Sports that he and his players “believe in ourselves” and said: “We must believe until the end, every match is important for us to understand what we can do in our life”. For me, they [Leicester] are on the top and they have the pressure too like all the teams are below.
“When you play against teams like Norwich, and West Bromwich, we had to be patient and find the solution”, said Ranieri. “We tried to do everything and well done to my players”.
Craig Gardner curled in a 50th-minute free kick to deny Leicester a win that would have pushed them five points clear of the chasing pack – with title rivals Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City all playing on Wednesday. They are very good on the counter-attack with [Salomon] Rondon, [Stephane] Sessegnon and [Saido] Berahino, and they are also very risky on the corner. Meanwhile, West Brom are looking for their third league win in a row, which they haven’t done since 2012. Today we were not so lucky but perhaps in the last 10 matches we will be.
The Premier League could have a new first-place team for the first time in months if Tottenham beats West Ham on Wednesday. I just watch my team.
“They play through the pitch quickly, they don’t hang around with the ball, they get it wide and get balls into the box”.
He said: “I don’t ban (any title talk)”.
