Actress Sonakshi Sinha says now is the best time to be in the Hindi film industry, as she feels female actors are not only getting meatier roles but are also being given their due in terms of pay.

Sonakshi told IANS: “If anybody can match… at that point of time… my father’s energy and personality, I think Ranveer would be suitable to do it”.
Shatrughan Sinha who had earlier launched a book on his life had said that if a film is ever made on his life, it should star Ranveer Singh. And daughter, Sonakshi, seems to agree with him.
Sonakshi Sinha is a versatile actress who undeniably does justice to every character she plays.
Sonakshi said: “A lot of people from our generation haven’t seen it so, for them it would be an entirely new film altogether”. Filmmakers are new and there are a new set of actors. I played and fought #LikeAGirl, and am proud to see young girls and women are inspired by my win at the Olympics. “We will start shooting in January”.
The remake will be helmed by Abhay Chopra and will also feature Sidharth Malhotra.
