According to Billboard, the rapper Rowdy Rebel, with whom Bobby Shmurda has collaborated, also pled guilty as part of the deal, as did a man named Nicholas McCoy. Shmurda took the plea on the eve of his conspiracy trial in Lower Manhattan. Shmurda will receive credit for time served, leaving him with five years remaining on his sentence. As a condition of the plea agreement he will not be allowed to appeal his case. Under the terms of the deal, Shmurda pled guilty to possession of a weapon and conspiracy to possess a weapon (the other charges were dropped).
