His debut album, Fetty Wap, was released on Friday. While Wap is still recovering from his injuries, AP reports he has been cited for driving without a license, not having insurance and failing to produce a vehicle registration card.

In August, two girls were injured when Wap jumped off stage and into the crowd at a music festival in Long Island. The woman driving the vehicle that struck the rapper was not injured, and no summonses have been issued.
A witness who saw the accident told TMZ that the crash happened when Fetty Wap was trying to overtake another vehicle.
An officer from the Paterson Police Department told ET that they responded to the accident and that Fetty, whose real name is Willie Maxwell, is doing “fine”. Wap’s friend DJ Louie Styles tweeted a pic of Wap conscious and sitting on a gurney. The rapper reportedly drove his motorcycle head-on into a auto, and his leg was broken in three places.
Paramedics rushed Fetty to a local hospital. And I overcame, I guess you could say, a lot of rookie boundaries.
His pal Chris Brown is said to have been “devastated” by the news of his injury.
Blanco said he was dismayed that some posters took to social media to make jokes about the fact that the rapper only has sight in one eye. The album contains hits like Trap Queen, 679 and My Way.

Recently, Fetty Wap was the opening act on Chris Brown’s One Hell of a Nite tour.
