“Glad to officially be a part of the Raptors organization, Excited to get this year started!!!”

The expert said in a statement, If Bennett clears waivers, the Timberwolves are responsible for the balance of his buyout agreement and a new team can negotiate its own deal him. The six-foot-eight forward struggled in his rookie season with the Cavaliers before being traded along with Andrew Wiggins to Minnesota for Kevin Love.
Injuries meant Bennett, a 6ft 8in forward, played in only 52 games in what turned out to be his only season with the franchise, scoring just 4.2 points per game.
Bennett is from Toronto so for that reason it isn’t much of a surprise that he chose to sign with the Raptors.
Bennett enjoyed both playing for his country and standing shoulder to shoulder with friends. But it has come with expectations and much scrutiny, given his draft position.
September. About last week finally it was considered that the Raptors suffered from no affinity for Bennett and they clearly shifted their ealier preference.
“I feel like he’s a hard worker, Canada saw how well he did this summer”. I feel like he’ll do great for us, for the city, for the country. I hope he has a career year.
