Reactions to Hillary Clinton’s Glass-Ceiling-Shattering Democratic Nomination
After more than 20 years in the national political spotlight, a failed 2008 presidential run, and one of the most contentious Democratic conventions in recent memory, Hillary Clinton made history Thursday when she accepted her party’s nomination for president. But on the morning after Hillary Clinton delivered her acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention, Trump was oddly fair-minded in his assessment.

The first woman to become the presidential nominee of a major political party then detailed the years she had spent in public service and her goals for a presidency.
In addition to the statement, Trump tweeted several additional criticisms of Clinton.
“Unless you want to be lied to, belittled and attacked for your beliefs, don’t watch Hillary’s DNC speech tonight”, Trump’s campaign said in a fundraising email.
