A man was fatally shot by police in Minnesota on Wednesday night while inside a vehicle with a woman and a child, an official said, adding that authorities are looking into reports that the aftermath of the incident was livestreamed on Facebook.

The singer paused her show at the Hampden Park Stadium as a giant screen was illuminated with names of Philando Castile, Alton Sterling and dozens of victims of recent police shootings in America.
On the video, the officer tells her to keep her hands up and says: “I told him not to reach for it. I told him to get his hand out”. It showed a woman sitting in a auto with a man slumped in a seat wearing a shirt that appeared to be soaked in blood.
Most of the protests were largely peaceful but tension was evident after the shooting of Philando Castile, 32, by police near St. Paul, Minnesota, late on Wednesday.
But critics said the lack of regulation can allow a somewhat cynical exploitation of tragedy.
“All of us as Americans should be troubled by these shootings, because these are not isolated incidents”. Her video for “Formation”, which dropped earlier this year, depicts images such as a submerged police auto and the phrase “Stop shooting us” painted on a wall.
This comes after two deadly shootings in Louisiana and Minnesota.
A protester is detained by NYPD officers as people take part in a protest against the killings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile during a march through Manhattan in New York July 7, 2016. The men, who were both black, were killed by police officers, and their deaths were captured on mobile phone cameras. “It was down to a technical glitch and restored as soon as we were able to investigate”. The man was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
The statement said says Yanez opened fire, striking Castile multiple times.
The woman said her boyfriend had just been pulled over for a broken tail light and explained that he had a gun he was licensed to carry. He was trying to get out his ID in his wallet in his pocket, and he let the officer know that he had a firearm and he was reaching for his wallet.
Later in the video, Reynolds exits the vehicle at the request of the officers as she prays for her boyfriend’s life and asks about her daughter.

Reynolds can be heard on the video shouting, “Oh my God, please don’t tell me he’s dead. And the officer just shot him in his arm”. “Nobody should be shot and killed while seated still in their auto”.
