Real estate videos showcase Michael Jordan’s mansion

According to TMZ, the six-time National Basketball Association champion has gotten creative with his ongoing attempts to sell his $15 million Chicago-area mansion, most recently by producing Hollywood-style movie trailers that feature dramatic voiceover narration paired with sweeping aerial shots of his 56,000 square-foot estate. As a result, Jordan has brought in Beverly Hills real estate agent Kofi Nartey.

In a clip called “I AM…” Nartey personifies the house in full trash-talking glory: “You call yourself a trophy property; a mansion?” (Laughs) Let me show you something. Do you really think that someone became that insanely wealthy by letting people bully them into making bad business decisions?

He appeals to the hardcore (and well-to-do) MJ fan out there in “ONLY ONE”.

“The name Jordan is synonymous with success”. When you have to put a house on the market, you wish that you can have something more than just a realtor helping you out. In one, he says, “Only one person will own a piece of history”. Will Michael Jordan be able to sell his mansion as much as he was able to sell a lot of his sneakers?

That last line sounds eerily familiar.
