Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is heading home for Christmas: The reality TV personality was released from the Federal Correctional Institute in Danbury, Connecticut, early Wednesday morning, ABC News reported.
Upon her release from federal prison, Teresa Giudice had a very emotional reunion with her four daughters and husband, Joe.
Bravo reportedly can’t wait to film Teresa’s life outside of prison as she returns to her daily routine, however, cameras were prohibited from taping her walking out of jail, according to TMZ.
Teresa Giudice may be home for the holidays.
A source tells ET that Teresa actually had her outfit picked out since last week in anticipation of her release. A source says, “Teresa was smiling when she emerged”.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Her lawyer, James Leonard, told reporters: “In the auto ride here she was extremely upbeat”.
Although her lawyer said she didn’t want any welcome home parties, there were enough cars and SUVs flowing in and out of their driveway to be considered a “party”.
Glamour days… Danielle Staub, Teresa Giudice, Caroline Manzo and Dina Manzo all starred in Real Housewives of New Jersey. She served time after pleading guilty in 2014 to bankruptcy fraud. She said that the support from her fans helped her and she was grateful for it.

Now that she’s home, her husband will begin serving a 41-month sentence soon. “She is going to spend as much time with them as she can”. Even when she wasn’t able to see her girls physically though, Teresa made sure she found other ways to show them love and support.
