Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was released Wednesday morning from prison after serving her 11.5-month sentence for fraud charges.

The 43-year-old reality show star, who pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, left for the Federal Correctional Institute in Danbury, Conn., on January 5.
“She couldn’t wait to get home to Joe and the girls from the minute she set foot in prison”, a source told People.
“‘Merry Christmas. Happy New Year….all of you should go be with your families and your loved ones, ‘” he relayed on her behalf.
A black Lexus SUV with a red bow on top was waiting in the driveway when she arrived.
In another photo Teresa could also be seen holding on tightly to her husband Joe Giudice, who, like his wife, seemed unable to contain his emotions as he was seen smiling from ear to ear. Four days later, her tell-all memoir about her stint in prison is expected to be released, according to E!
At least Teresa got to learn some “jail talk” along the way, her husband said, and made some new friends.
She’s not off the hook completely, however, on her 15-month sentence.

Teresa was picked up this morning by her lawyer and the paparazzi snapped a picture of her in the auto with her lawyer. She is not in a halfway house, nor will she be reporting to one. That included talking to her family as much as possible, getting to see her four daughters on visits and penning her soon-to-be-released book, Turning the Tables.
